Minneapolis Meltdown is a 3-Person Team Competition. (MMM and FFF).
It will include 3 workouts plus a final workout for the top 4 teams.
Rx and Scaled divisions available.

Standards

The weights listed below should be considered working weights, not 1RM. We recommend that athletes can complete short sets of at least 3-5 at these weights. In most cases partners will be allowed to split up work as needed between partners, so don’t let one or two movements scare you off! Please email us if you have specific concerns. We reserve the right to use weights above those listed below or include movements not listed (but we won’t be too mean!).

*For Rx, at least one partner should be able to do short sets of handstand pushups, muscle ups (bar and ring), handstand walks of 4 feet or more.

*For scaled, at least one partner should be able to do short sets of unassisted pullups, handstand hold against a wall, or wheelbarrow walks.

While fitness competitions keep getting bigger, longer, and more expensive, we think there will always be a place for smaller local throwdowns like this one.
